With our table, typical
dishes of Haute-Loire and area of Auvergne: soup with cabbages, truffade,
potful of green lenses of Puy, pork-butchery of country, roasted with
girolles, potatoes sarrasson, melted with the fourme of Yssingeaux and
jambonnette, fruit tarts of wood, freezes with vervain, cake with
bilberries, etc.
You will have all the
leisure to discover our area through wood and meadows thanks to the paths
which border our house.
